If you need to return an item please email us. Please ensure that the item is in good condition and must be
good enough to be resold and in a condition that you would feel happy to buy. Returns must be received
within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will issue a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Custom and personalized items may not be returned. Please note that we do not accept returns
based on a fabric or color not being what it appeared on the web site. Web browsers are different in their
color representations. If you are unsure about a fabric please email us and we will gladly send you a
fabric swatch.

- How do I install the canopy?
Illustrated instructions are included along with the necessary
mounting hardware and a hanging template (when applicable) to make the placement of your
Kismet Crown as simple as possible.
- Can I use my own fabric panels for the side drapes?
Yes. There is a rod that accepts customers own fabric (COM)
- Is there an up charge to modify standard product?
No.
- May I use my own paint color?
Yes, there will be a $50 up charge to COM paint the crown.
- Are your painted finishes safe?
Yes, we use only water based paints and non-toxic topcoats.
